By accessing or using MandateMind AI (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

You may use MandateMind only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that all activity under your account complies with these Terms.

All subscription plans include fair‑use limits for AI processing and evidence storage. These limits ensure platform stability and prevent excessive usage that may impact other tenants.

5. Evidence Retention & Deletion

Evidence uploaded to the Platform may be automatically archived or deleted based on retention settings, storage limits, or compliance requirements. Customers are responsible for exporting or backing up evidence before deletion. Extended retention or cold storage may incur additional fees.

6. Billing & Overage Fees

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan. Overage fees may apply for:

MandateMind will notify customers before applying overage fees whenever commercially reasonable.

7. Intellectual Property

MandateMind AI, including its design, features, algorithms, and content, is owned by MandateMind and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customers may not copy, modify, or reverse‑engineer the Platform.

8. Service Availability

MandateMind aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages may occur.

MandateMind implements industry‑standard security controls. Customers are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, enabling MFA where available, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

10. Termination

MandateMind may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, the AUP, or applicable laws. Customers may terminate their subscription at any time; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MandateMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.

MandateMind may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
